How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Combatraw Roofing wants every homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Combatraw Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, let us know too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please understand that Combatraw Roofing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@combatraw.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We reply by email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include talking with the provider. Last, we write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If your issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
